## Agent Onboarding Guide

Step 1: Create Your Account

Visit bixbuz.eu and register using your email address or Google account. During registration, select **Agent** as your account type. This unlocks the agent dashboard and listing management tools.

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

Add your full name, agency name if applicable, and a profile photo. A complete profile increases buyer trust and is required before your listings can be approved. Verified agents receive a trust badge that appears on all their listings.

Step 3: Publish Your First Listing

From your agent dashboard, click **New listing** and follow the eight-step wizard. You will be asked for property type, location, price, dimensions, amenities, energy rating, a title and description, and photos. The more detail you provide, the better the AI translation quality.

Step 4: Wait for Approval

Our team reviews new listings before they go live, typically within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your listing is approved and live.

Step 5: Manage and Update

From your dashboard you can edit listings, update prices, view statistics and manage enquiries from buyers. Listings remain active for your subscription period and can be renewed or cancelled at any time.
